Can I cancel my vacation plan?

Yes, some vacation plans may be canceled. Please note, we do not allow vacation cancellations within 30 days of departure unless you have purchased insurance. Please view the below chart for more details:

When will I receive my travel documents?

Upon receipt of your final installment payment, if applicable, all travel documents will be mailed to your home address. Most vacations will have e-tickets unless the travelling party request paper tickets.

Do I need a passport or visa?

With new travel requirements coming into effect, many people are confused about whether or not they need a passport. It is up to the traveler to dechipher if a passport is needed for their particular situation. Click here for a great resource to help decide if you'll need a passport.

What is the Pay-as-you-go option?

With the pay-as-you-go option, you're free to submit a payment towards your vacation according to your particular budget. Your payment submission must be at least $20. The pay-as-you-go option allows you to plan for your vacation without comitting to a destination or vacation type.

What is the Book your vacation option?

With the book your vacation option, your first payment secures your vacation. This option locks in your vacation pricing.

How far in advance can I purchase my vacation?

We allow customers to start paying for vacation 365 days in advance.

Can my vacation price increase?

Your vacation price will NOT increase if you start a vacation plan via the Book Your Vacation plan. The pay-as-you-go option does not lock your vacation price and is subject to increase in price.

Can I book a cruise package through

Please note that cruises are currently available on a stand alone basis. We do not offer cruise packages (airfare NOT included) at this time.

When is my final payment due?

All final payments are due at least 30 days before your departure date.
